The philosophy of Škoda Auto policy in the HR and social fields is based on the long-term role of the biggest employer in the region and places the human being at the core of attention and emphasises the social responsibility of the company to its employees and the surroundings.

Certificates

An external audit firm annually tests the efficiency and suitability of the integrated management system. Proof of fulfilment of the requirements of the applicable international norms ISO 9001:2000 and ISO 14001:2004 are valid certificates issued by the certification office of TÜV NORD CERT GmbH.

Sustainability Report

The Sustainability Report is a complete set of strategic targets, procedures and measures that serve to optimisation of company development from the economic, social and ecological aspects.

Certificate Škoda (QMS)

confirms that Škoda Auto has in development, production, sale and service of vehicles, aggregates and tools, as well as sale of genuine parts and accessories implemented and applies a system that guarantees quality according to the norm ISO 9000 : 2000.

confirms that Škoda Auto has in its facilities, i.e., development; production; sale and servicing of vehicles, aggregates, and tools; as well as sale of genuine spare parts and accessories, implemented and follows the environmental management system in accordance with EN ISO 14001:2004.
