All motor, transmission, and hydraulic oils, cooling liquids, as well as window- washer and anti-freeze liquids undergo demanding tests and trials. All liquids used in SKODA vehicles must meet the prescribed technical parameters, the strict criteria of the relevant legislation, and the Konzern’s environmental standards.
Information data exchange – no manufacturer today would be able to promote a new model in the market without electronic control units, circuits, or systems ensuring that the product meets the current requirements for quality, technical sophistication, road properties, general safety, environmental safety, or comfortable operation.
For example, our modern, electronic, automatic transmission, fitted with the Fuzzy Logic system, shifts gears automatically depending on road properties and the driver’s mode of driving. Gear shifting thus optimized helps keep fuel consumption low and eliminates unnecessary noise.
