Dipl.-Ing. Reinhard Jung
A graduate in production technology of Lemgo Institute of Technology, Reinhard Jung joined the VW Group in 1974. He worked as a project engineer in various international project, including the Sarajevo plant, before becoming the Volkswagen AG head of international production responsible for the Europe area. After heading up various departments in central planning in Wolfsburg and Salzgitter, he was in charge of Volkswagen brand production management. He worked also as head of the Volkswagen plant in Braunschweig and he was President of VW de Mexico where he also served as member of the Board of Directors responsible for technical issues before being appointed member of the Volkswagen Passenger Cars Board of Directors responsible for production and logistics. He has been Chairman of the Board of Directors of Škoda Auto since October 2007.

Klaus Dierkes

After studying building engineering and social sciences, in 1983, Klaus Dierkes started his professional career at the Triumph Adler company in Nürnberg. He joined VW Group in 1989 and started working at Volkswagen BKK Insurance Company. In 1997-1999 he was employed as a managing director of the Gründungs und Innovationszentrum Wolfsburg. He served as a spokesman at the AutoVision company and at the Wolfsburg AG, where he was also the Board member in 1999-2001. In 2006 he accepted the position of personnel director at Volkswagen Deutschland and he became a general agent at Volkswagen AG in 2007. Klaus Dierkes has been with Škoda Auto as the member of the Board of Directors responsible for Human Resources Management since 2008 .

Reinhard Fleger

Reinhard Fleger finished his studies of economics at Volkswagen AG in Wolfsburg and in 1984 he took a corporate economy course. After various positions in controlling, in 1992 he accepted a position of Head of Controlling in VW Group. In 1995 he became Head of Sales Controlling and from 2000 also of VW Passenger Car Sales Controlling. In 2002 he was appointed BOD Member for finance at Gedas, former Group company. Since 2005 he has been BOD Member for finance at Volkswagen de Mexico, since 2007 also for sales. He has been appointed BOD Member responsible for sales and marketing at Škoda Auto as of June 1, 2009.

Karlheinz Hell
Karlheinz Emil Hell graduated in Mechanical Engineering at the Munich University. He started his professional career at the Audi AG company, that he joined as a Trainee in 1987 and where he was holding various head positions in the sphere of tool production by the year 1998. Then he became a Head of Forward Sourcing and Global Sourcing. In 2003 he accepted the position of Head of Purchase (exterior). Before he was appointed as Škoda Auto Board member responsible for purchase on January 1, 2010, he had been working as Head of Purchase at Volkswagen AG in South Africa.
Dipl.-Ing. Holger Kintscher
Holger Kintscher studied production engineering at the Lippe Institute of Technology. In 1987 he started work at Volkswagen AG, where he initially worked in several positions in Education/Training, Controlling and Finance. In 1994-1995 he was Deputy Head of Finance at Volkswagen’s Poznan plant in Poland, where he also served on the Board of Directors with responsibility for Commercial Affairs. In 1997-2000 he was in charge of the Development and Product Controlling area for Volkswagen’s Commercial Vehicles brand in Hannover. Later he became its Chief Financial Officer. Since 2005 he has been the member of the Board of Directors of Škoda Auto responsible for Commercial Affairs.
Dr.-Ing. Eckhard Scholz
Dr. Eckhard Scholz graduated from the Braunschweig Technical  University with a major in Energy and Process Technology and received his doctorate in 2005 from the Martin Luther University in Halle-Wittenberge. He joined Volkswagen AG Wolfsburg in 1991, where he worked in passenger car testing. In 1995-1996 he worked at IAV Gifhorn. Then he returned to Volkswagen AG as Head of the Vehicle Body Engineering Department. After three years he accepted the position of Head of Passenger Car Equipment and in May 2002 he was appointed Head of the Car Body Development. On 1 April 2007, Dr. Eckhard Scholz  was appointed the member of the Board of Directors of Škoda Auto responsible for Technical Development.
