In the Czech Republic one of the most significant activities is co-operation with Centrum Paraple, which concentrates on help for the handicapped and the Healthy Clown project. Healthy clowns visit child patients in 15 Czech hospitals and help treat them with laughter. For these visits they use Škoda cars whose fronts have been decorated by leading Czech artists using air-brushes. We have been co-operating with the humanitarian organisations Adra and People in need for several years.
